What is GIUUNO’s Return Policy?
We offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all items that are returned within 14 days of the delivery date and we provide a free collection service for all returns. To create a return, go to the ‘My orders and returns’ section in your account.
We suggest that you book the collection within 7 days of delivery of your order to avoid it arriving after the 14 days allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes. Each returned item must still have all labels attached, include the original packaging and must not have been used or damaged. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
Using the tracking number, you can follow the path of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our Partner, we will send you an email to confirm the refund.
To ensure that the refund is as fast as possible, make sure that all items meet the conditions of our Policy, which can be found in the ‘Returns and refunds’ section.
